Practical questions

Everything your organiser needs to know.

Have a specific location, participant number or charity relationship in mind? We will shape the plan around it.

Ask us about your event
What happens at a charity kit-building event?+

Your colleagues work together to assemble useful items into complete donation kits. The Give Box plans the activity, supplies the products, sets up the space, briefs participants and manages delivery to the charity afterwards.

How many people can take part?+

We can shape formats for teams from around 10 people to large events involving hundreds of participants. Events can run as one session, several shifts or a coordinated multi-site programme.

Can we choose the charity or cause?+

Yes. You can select from established Give Box kit formats and charity relationships, or we can develop a bespoke activity around your organisation’s existing charity partner or preferred cause.

Can you run the same event across multiple offices?+

Yes. We can coordinate kit contents, deliveries, volunteer instructions and reporting across several UK locations while keeping the experience consistent.

What does The Give Box manage?+

We can manage charity liaison, product sourcing, kit design, venue planning, delivery, event setup, facilitation, waste removal, onward transport and impact follow-up.

Do you offer an option for remote or hybrid teams?+

Yes. Our virtual volunteering service enables employees to review and score entries for charity competitions and campaigns from different locations.
